Dear Friends,
For more than thirty years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing recipes, entertaining ideas, stories, and traditions with you. Together, we’ve celebrated holidays, hosted dinner parties, discovered favorite recipes, and created memories around tables both large and small.
What began as a collection of recipes became something far more meaningful—a community built on the belief that gathering people together is one of life’s greatest joys.
Today, I’m delighted to welcome you to the next chapter.

After many months of planning, organizing, writing, and dreaming, the new Jorj.com is finally open.
This isn’t simply a website. It’s a permanent home for everything we’ve built together over the years. Inside, you’ll find an ever-growing collection of recipes, entertaining inspiration, seasonal ideas, memoirs, traditions, and resources designed to help you create meaningful moments with the people you love.
The Estate Library brings together decades of recipes—from cherished classics you’ve made for years to new favorites waiting to become part of your family traditions. The Heart of the Table shares the stories behind the recipes, because I’ve always believed that the memories we create around the table are just as important as the food we serve.
And perhaps most exciting of all, I’m thrilled to introduce The Art of the Host, published through The Estate Registry. Arriving every other month, this beautifully curated magazine celebrates the art of living well, gathering often, and entertaining with purpose. Each edition is filled with recipes, menus, traditions, seasonal inspiration, and thoughtful details designed to transform ordinary moments into lasting memories.
Our inaugural edition, Melting Moments, is now available and sets the tone for what lies ahead.
“The Art of the Host: Melting Moments” centers on a signature party-planning blueprint and famous melt-in-your-mouth cookie, created by hospitality expert Jorj Morgan. It is all about creating slow, deep connections by doing simple tasks with love.
As a special thank-you to those who have followed my journey over the years, every subscription includes a personal key to The Vault—a private archive containing the recipes, entertaining collections, and culinary foundations that have shaped our community for more than twenty-five years. Think of it as opening the doors to my recipe box, pantry, and kitchen notebook all at once. Inside are the dishes we’ve cooked together, the favorites you’ve requested time and again, and the collection that helped build Jorj.com from the very beginning.

This new chapter is about more than recipes. It’s about preserving traditions, sharing stories, and creating a place where beauty, hospitality, and legacy can live together. It’s about building a life filled with meaningful gatherings, thoughtful details, and moments worth remembering.
In the coming weeks, we’ll continue adding new features, new stories, new recipes, and new ways for us to connect. And on July 4th, we’ll celebrate another milestone with the release of our next edition and a few special surprises along the way.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for welcoming me into your kitchens, your homes, and your celebrations over the years.
Most of all, thank you for taking a seat at the table.
I hope you’ll pour yourself a cup of coffee, settle in, and spend some time exploring your new home.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Warmly,
Jorj Morgan
