Gotta Have Gadgets

Use a fine grater to produce really fluffy Parmesan cheese that will stick to the baby potatoes. A rotary cheese grater will do the trick, but in a pinch, you can use a Microplane® zester. It will take you a bit of time to grate ½ cup of Parmesan cheese using these tools, but it will give you something to do while you're waiting for your potatoes to puff to perfection.

The Heart of the Table

The rich, earthy aroma of white truffle and Parmesan cheese fills the room, adding a touch of luxury to a comforting side dish. Plated on a warm serving dish, these tender potatoes bring a sense of cozy indulgence to the table, making everyone feel special.
