- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°.

- Bake until the cookies are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
