- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Line a (13 x 9-inch) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. Press the paper into the corners of the pan and coat with vegetable oil spray.
- Stir vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until combined.
- Add the cocoa, flour, cinnamon, chili powder, salt, and baking powder and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake until a tester inserted in the middle comes out fudgy, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool the pan on a rack, then use the parchment paper to lift out the brownies before slicing.

If you are a true-blue brownie lover, you can have them whenever your heart desires by keeping brownie mix on hand. Whisk together 4 cups granulated sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/3 cups cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. When you are ready, combine 2 cups mix, 2 eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in every little thing you can think of and bake!
