Garlic Knot Rolls
Nothing fills a home with pure, mouthwatering comfort quite like the aroma of freshly baked yeast rolls, especially when they are drenched in rich garlic butter and herbs. These Garlic Knot Rolls are wonderfully light and pillowy on the inside, with a beautifully golden, slightly crisp crust that perfectly holds onto all that savory goodness. Tossed in warm butter, garlic, and wild oregano, and finished with a flurry of sharp Parmesan and flaky sea salt, they are the ultimate warm and sharing showstopper for any gathering!
Makes: about 2 dozen rolls | Total Time: 15 minutes to prep, 1 ½ hours to rise and another 10 minutes to bake

Instructions
Make and shape dough
- Preheat your oven to 425°.
- Prepare, proof, and divide the pizza dough into 6 parts.
- Roll out one part and divide into 4 strips.
- Use your hands to stretch out the strips to form about 5-inch lengths.
- Twist these and then form them into a knot, tucking the edges underneath.
- Transfer the knot to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Continue with the remaining dough. You will have about 24 rolls.
- Cover the knots with a clean dish towel and place them in a warm place to rise about 15 minutes. Bake until the rolls are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Coat rolls and bake
Thing to Note:
You can also make stuffed pizza rolls. Roll out the dough and use a biscuit cutter to cut out circles. Place a few shreds or chunks of mozzarella cheese into the middle of each circle. Wrap the circle around the cheese to form a ball and place each one, seam side down, onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° until the rolls are golden, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
You can fill those little circles with cheese, sauce, and meat too. Place the ingredients on one half of the circle. Fold the top half over and seal the edges. Brush with olive oil and bake. Yummy, cheesy, saucy pizza bites.
