Twenty (some) years after my first book was published, I have decided to put together everything that I have learned since then into a new book. A book that is designed to teach novice cooks to enjoy the kitchen; to expand their skills, to take advantage of everything that cooking-at-home has to offer and to pass on the legacy of enjoying fresh, minimally processed, delicious food with family and friends.
